Parmesan Truffle Fries with Garlic Aioli will be your new favorite game day snack!

My latest obsession is Parmesan Truffle Fries. A few of the sports bars around us serve them, and they are SO DELICIOUS! With the help of McCain Seasoned Curly Fries from Walmart, these take just minutes to prepare at home and are a great snack with a cold beverage while watching the big game! I like to dip them in garlic aioli, which is also super simple to make. Follow the directions below to make these awesome game time grub.

Parmesan Truffle Fries IG

Parmesan Truffle Fries Ingredients:

  • 1 bag McCain Fries, any variety {I prefer the Seasoned Curly Fries}
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 t truffle oil

Parmesan Truffle Fries Directions:

Begin by following the directions on the McCain package. I chose the curly fries for that extra seasoning that I love, so I preheated the oven 425 degrees F. I spread the fries out in a single layer on a cookie sheet, and baked them for about 10 minutes, flipped them over, and baked them an additional 12 minutes until they were crisp. While the fries were cooking, I also coated 4 garlic cloves {peel still on} in a drizzle of olive oil, wrapped them together in aluminum foil, and baked it alongside the fries for about 25 minutes until the garlic was roasted.

When the garlic was roasted, I removed it from the peels, mashed it, and combined it with the mayonnaise and remaining olive oil to make the garlic aioli. When the curly fries were hot and crisp, I placed them on a serving dish. I drizzled about a teaspoon of truffle oil over the top. If you’ve never tried truffle oil, I suggest just a little because the flavor is so strong {but totally delicious – you must try it}.

Next, grate about a half cup of parmesan cheese over the top. It adds the perfect savory-salty bite to these fries! Sprinkle finely chopped fresh parsley over the top, and if you prepared the garlic aioli, drizzle that as well. It’s game time food – Load it up!
