This Peach Mango Sparkling Rosé Cocktail is perfect for the warmer days ahead!

As the weather is warming up, I decided it was time to add some new cocktail recipes to this blog… because for bloggers, winter means spring, spring means summer, etc. We always have to think ahead. I wanted a drink that was reminiscent of one of my favorite cocktails Sex on the Beach, but with a lighter, bubbly twist. How’d I accomplish this? With a little Sparkling Rosé. This Peach Mango Sparkling Rosé Cocktail recipe makes two servings, so invite a friend over and enjoy!

 

Peach Mango Sparkling Rosé Cocktail ingredients:

• 1 cup mango juice
• 1/2 cup peach schnapps
• Sparkling Rosé
• Ice

What I may have failed to mention above is that this cocktail is insanely easy to make. It has just three ingredients {plus ice}, so it is the perfect party drink for your girls night in! To prepare this cocktail, begin by filling your glasses with ice to the top. This is a super refreshing drink, especially when it’s chilled well. In a shaker, combine the cup of mango juice {I found this in the ethnic section of my grocery store} and 1/2 cup of peach schnapps, then shake away! Pour half of the mixture into each glass, leaving space at the top for your wine. Finally, crack open a bottle of your favorite sparkling rosé {I purchased this bottle for under $10 at Trader Joe’s} and top off each drink with a little bubbly. Stir the cocktail so that you combine the juice and peach schnapps at the bottom with the sparkling rosé at the top, and you are ready to start sipping this refreshing cocktail!
