This Creamy Chicken Fajita Pasta recipe can be prepared in just 20 minutes, making it the perfect mid-week meal. 




  1. Sauté the sliced bell peppers and red onions in a sauté pan. Onions and peppers are classic fajita components, and they can be prepared in just a few minutes. When the onions are transparent and the peppers are softened, remove them from the pan.
  2. Add the marinara sauce, heavy cream, and taco seasoning to the pan, and bring it to a simmer. Add the cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend and stir until it melts.
