This Creamsicle Crunch Cake is the perfect summer dessert, with the flavors of orange, vanilla, and almond.






  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the package of yellow cake mix, Orange Crush, oil, eggs, and the zest of one orange. The batter will be thick, but will make a very moist, fluffy cake.
  2. Pour the orange batter into a greased bundt pan and bake for about 40 minutes, until it turns golden brown. Allow the cake to cool completely before taking it out of the pan.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and orange juice. This will form a thick glaze to pour over the top of your cake. It looks extra pretty if you carefully drizzle it in a zigzag design over the cake.
  4. The final step is to sprinkle the sliced almonds over the cake – that’s the ‘crunch’ part – and then slice a delicious piece for yourself!
