This Southwest Black Bean Burger is easy to prepare and is great for entertaining guests!
This is a delicious spicy veggie burger! I began by heating my black bean burger on a griddle on my stovetop, but you can also grill it outdoors. While it is still warm, add one slice of pepper jack cheese. Top with several slices of fresh avocado and jalapeños and a spoonful of RO*TEL®. Top with a splash of Cholula Green Pepper Hot Sauce, and serve!
